- Applications for work at night or on Sundays or holiday shall be made to the Traffic Manager, who on production of the necessary permission from the Customs Department shall make necessary arrangements for the proper conduct thereof. Work on such days and at night shall be subject to the payment of special charges specified for the purpose.Explanation - Holidays for the purpose of this rule shall be these notified by the Deputy Conservator from time to time.
