1. Mr. Vyas, learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Prahlad Jangid vs. The Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank & Ors.

(S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3832/2020) decided on 09.02.2023.

2. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the aforesaid position.
