1. Mr Aseem Chawla, learned senior standing counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent/revenue, informs us that the counter-affidavit has been lodged with the Registry and a copy of the same has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner via e-mail.

2. Mr Kapil Goel, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the petitioner/assessee, says that he has not had the occasion to access his e-mail and, therefore, would not be able to respond immediately to the submission made by Mr Chawla.

3. Mr Goel says that he would like to file a rejoinder in the matter. Accordingly, four weeks are granted to Mr Goel to file a rejoinder in the W.P.(C) 1968/2023 page 1 of 2 This is a digitally signed order.
