Section 24(1) in The Jaunsar-Bawar Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956
(1)Except as provided in sub-section (2), the Compensation Officer shall after hearing the parties, if necessary, on the objections filed under Section 23, dispose of the objections in the manner prescribed.
