- The educational institutions shall be classified as follows:-(a)State institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by the Government;(b)local authority institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by a local authority; and(c)private institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by any [XXX] [Omitted (person or) by Act No.27 of 1987.] body of persons registered in the manner prescribed.
