(3)If it appears to the [Executive Officer] [Substituted 'Chairman' by Act No. 11 of 2017, dated 31.3.2017.] that it is necessary, in order to prevent the continuation of the unlawful work, to depute any police or employee of the Municipality to watch the premises, the cost of providing the same shall be borne by the person to whom the said notice was addressed.
