We find there is an element of settlement. Of course, they could not arrive at a settlement for the time being. In the meanwhile, father is permitted to interact with the child on 15/4/2021 at the premises of the Family Court, Kozhikode between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We also permit him to contact the child through WhatsApp on every Wednesdays and Saturdays between 7 p.m. to 7 p.m. While the father is interacting with the child and mother, relatives are not permitted to be in the company of them or hear them interacting.
