1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- 1.1 These regulations may be called the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Rooftop Solar Grid Interactive Systems Based on Net Metering) Regulations, 20151.2The Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.1.3These regulations shall come into force from the date of their notification in the Official Gazette of Government of Bihar.
