Section 22(2) in The Industrial Development Bank Of India General Regulations, 1994
(2)Every share certificate shall be signed on behalf of the Development Bank by two persons duly authorised in this behalf by the Board and such signature may be printed, engraved, lithographed or impressed by such other mechanical process as the Board may direct.
