4. Determination of vacancies and requisition.
- On the first April of every year, the Government shall calculate the vacancies to be filled by direct recruitment in the categories of Police Sub-Inspector and Deputy Superintendent of Police and accordingly, the intimation of reservation category wise vacancies to be filed by direct recruitment be sent to the Bihar Staff Selection Commission and Bihar Public Service Commission, respectively by 30th April.
