Section 10C(2) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(2)The term of office of the Up-pradhan shall commence from the date of his election or nomination, as the case may be, and unless otherwise determined under the provisions of the Act, shall expire with the term of the Gram Panchayat.
