Section 31 in Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975
31. Saving rights creditors.
- An amalgamation or division in pursuance of of section 30 shall not prejudice any right of a creditor of any registered society which was a party to such amalgamation or of the registered society which was the subject of such division.
