Section 6 in Oriental Bank of Commerce (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995
6. Liability of the Provident Fund Trust.
- The Provident Fund Trust shall, immediately after the constitution of the fund, transfer to the Oriental Bank of Commerce (Employees') Pension fund the accumulated balance of the contribution of the Bank of the Provident Fund and interest accrued thereon up to the date of such transfer in respect of every employee.
