(1)In terms of power conferred under Section 30B of the Act, the State Government may, if consider necessary in the public interest, for the purposes of trial of all or any of the offences under this Act, either appoint or designate in every District of the State, Special Court(s) in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court.
