1. Ms Chavan states that a further Affidavit is to be filed in Writ Petition No. 3884 of 2021. That Affidavit will be filed by 10th March 2023. Dr Saraf learned Advocate General, states that the Government is not levying stamp duty on what is called a bill of entry but only on a delivery order. We note the statement. There are some Petitioners who have assailed the levy of stamp duty on a bill of entry. Some have assailed the levy on delivery orders. Some Petitions challenge both.

2. We are told that amendments are now sought to those Petitions where the challenge is so far restricted to the levy of stamp duty on a bill of entry. We will need to pass individual orders.

4. All existing ad-interim orders will continue until 1st March 2023.
