Section 59(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(1)The cess on agricultural produce shall be payable as soon as it is bought and sold in the [market area] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 10 of 1975, with effect from 14.7.1973, Rajasthan Act 10 of 1975.] as may be specified in the bye-laws.
