Section 10(3) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014
(3)All matters which come up before the Authority shall be decided by a majority of votes of the Members present and voting and in the event of a tie of votes, the Chairperson or person presiding shall have the right to exercise a second or casting vote.
