Section 2 in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
2. Definitions. -
In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,-(a)"the Corporation" means the Development Corporation established under section 3;(b)"Board" means an Executive Board constituted under section 13;(c)"prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
