Section 25 in The Jaunsar-Bawar Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956
25. Appeal to the Collector.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law, any person aggrieved by the order of the Compensation Officer deciding the objection under Section 24 insofar as it relates to the amount of compensation may appeal to the Collector who shall decide the appeal in the manner prescribed and the decision of the Collector shall be final.
