Section 1 in The Kerala Paper Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2005
1. Short Title, Application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Kerala Paper Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2005.(2)These rules extend to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)They shall come into force at once.
