1. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs submits that written statement and the reply to various applications have been furnished by the defendants and were received on 26.02.2026, and seeks a short accommodation to file appropriate responses.
2. Accordingly, the replication be filed within the prescribed time alongwith all the documents in opposition, if required, with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the defendants. The rejoinder to the reply of the applications may be filed within four weeks from date.
3. List on the date already fixed i.e. 27.04.2026 before Joint Registrar for completion of pleadings.
4. Mr. Harshvardhan Jha, learned counsel for the defendant no.5 submits that though written statements as also the reply to the stay application on behalf of defendant no.5 have already been filed on 24.12.2025, within the prescribed period, so far as the defendant nos.1 to 4 are concerned, the written statements This is a digitally signed order.
