9. Power of Central Government to issue Directions.
- The Central Government [or State Government with the approval of the Central Government] [Inserted by G.S.R. 546 (E), dated 5th August, 1993.] may, from time to time, by a general or special order issue to any dealer, transporter or consumer such directions as it considers necessary regarding storage, sale, transportation and disposal of motor spirit or high speed diesel and upon the issue of such directions, such dealer, transporter or consumer shall be bound to comply therewith.
