- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or that authority prescribed under the rules to whom powers are delegated by the Government under Section 64 or any Probation Officer or other officer appointed under this Act in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
