Section 13(d) in The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited and The North-Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (Acquisition and Transfer Of Power Transmission Systems) Act, 1993
(d)fails to deliver to the Corporation or any person or body of persons specified by that Corporation, any assets, books of amount, registers or other documents in his possession, custody, or control relating to the power transmission system of any of the three companies, shall be punishablewith imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years and also with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
