(4)The [Executive Council] [Substituted by Act 62 of 1951, s.10, for " Court" ] shall communicate through the Vice-Chancellor to the [Visitor] [Substituted by Act 62 of 1951, Section 10, for " Lord Rector" ] such action, if any, as it is proposed to take or has been taken upon the result of such inspection or inquiry.
