Section 13(1) in Rajasthan Sanskrit University Act, 1998
(1)The Registrar of the University shall be appointed by the Executive Council in the manner laid down in the Rajasthan Universities Teachers and Officers (Selection for Appointment) Act, 1974 (Rajasthan Act No. 18 of 1974) as amended from time to time and on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted thereunder.
