355. Destruction of intoxicant unfit for the use on vendor's premises.
- Any intoxicant kept on the premises of a vendor licensed to sell such intoxicant and found after necessary examination to be unfit for human consumption may be destroyed under orders of the Collector.Disposal if Things Confiscated
