Section 6(iv) in Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfer) Rules, 2000
(iv)No teacher rejoining duty after long leave, shall be posted to any other place except to the place of his or her posting prior to such leave i.e. from which place or station, he or she proceeded on leave.
