23. Purchase and price preference and other concessions in procurement.
- The State Government, by notification, may declare purchase and price preference and conditions of their application in procurement from cottage or small scale industries and industries situated in Rajasthan.Chapter- IV Bid Process Management- General Process of Procurement (Goods, Works and Services)
