Section 7(1) in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
(1)The State Government, if satisfied, after considering the compliance report submitted under Section 3 that the sponsoring body has complied with the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 6, may, by a notification published in the Gazette permit the University to operate with such name and location as per the letter of Intent.
