Section 5 in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
5. Territorial limits;-
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, on the coming into force o f this Act, the territorial jurisdiction of the University shall extend to the whole of the State of Kerala.
