Section 35 in The U.P. Forests Corporation Act, 1974
35. Repeal.
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Forest Corporation Ordinance, 1974 (U.P. Ordinance No. 15 of 1974), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had come into force on September 13, 1974.
