23. Reduction of rents referred to in the last foregoing section.
- The rent payable by a tenant to whom the last foregoing section applies may be reduced on the ground that the productive powers of his tenancy have been decreased by a cause beyond his control.General provisions relating to suits for Enhancement or Reduction of Rent
