(c)Supply and Secretariat Branch(i)Sub-Lieutenant to Lieutenant. - An officer must have 3 years seniority as Sub-Lieutenant.(ii)Lieutenant to Lieutenant-Commander. - An officer must have 8 years seniority as Lieutenant.
