Section 5(2) in Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994
(2)On receipt of an application under clause (b) sub-rule (3) of rule 3 for issue of duplicate certificate the Registering Authority shall examine the application having regard to the provisions of rule 3 and shall issue a duplicate Registration Certificate in Form 3-A.
