182. Assignment of functions of Zila Parishad.
(1)The State Government may assign to a Zila Parishad functions in relation to any matters to which the executive authority of the State Government extends or in respect of functions which have been assigned to the State Government by the Central Government.(2)The Government may withdraw or modify the functions assigned under sub-section (1).
