(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Fire Service Act, 2014.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force in any area on such date as the Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.Chapter - I Preliminary
