Section 33(1) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(1)If any registered practitioner whose name has been removed from the Register under sub-section (2) of section 25 or sub-section (2) of section 26, fails, without sufficient cause, forthwith to surrender his certificate of registration, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
