Section 25(1) in Haryana District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016

(1)The Annual Accounts of the District mineral Foundation shall be prepared within 90 days of the close of the financial year. The accounts of a District Mineral Foundation shall be audited every year by a Charted Accountant appointed by the District Mineral Foundation.
