State of Maharashtra - Subsection

Section 5(1) in The Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation Act, 1996

(1)There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-
(a) Executive Director of the Corporation Chairman.
(b) Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department., Pune Division Member.
(c) Chief Engineer (Special Project) Irrigation Department, Pune Division Member.
(d) Chief Engineer of the Corporation Member.
(d-1) Finance Member of the Corporation Member.
(e) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the Corporation Member.
(f) Superintending Engineer of the Corporation Member-Secretary.
