Section 16(1)(a) in Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017

(a)A department or any section of a department of the establishment may work in more than one shift at the discretion of the employer and if more than one shift is worked, the worker may be required to work in any shift at the discretion of the employer.
