Section 71(8)(i) in Bihar Factories Rules, 1950

(i)The Manager shall in consultation with and on the recommendation of the Committee prepare the rules of business of the Committee, within one month of the constitution of the Committee in which the duties of the Secretary shall also be specified and a copy of these rules shall be sent to the Inspector and the Chief Inspector.
