1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that these 35 cases can be broadly categorized into four categories. She states that she will take the lead in preparing a tabulation of the four categories of matters and in the said tabulation she will also set out the findings of the Eligibility Determination Committee ('EDC') and the Appellate Authority ('AA') for each Petitioner.
2. The said list shall be circulated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to Mr Ashim Vachher and Ms Manika Tripathi, standing counsel for DDA, who shall in turn share it with all the counsel who have been assigned in these matters on behalf of the Respondents.
