Shri Sanjay Sharma learned counsel for the
applicants, submits that after service of notices through
publication on respondents No.22, 26, 28, 38, 40 and 42, he
has submitted the clippings of newspapers Dainik Bhaskar and Dainik Nai Duniya in the Registry on 5.3.2015.
Office to verify the position and place this matter immediately after ensuing summer vacation along with the report that all such respondents have been served through publication. If some are unserved then such report be also placed before the Court along with the aforesaid report.
