Section 78(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu (Excise Duty) Rules, 1964
(1)The licensed manufacturer shall keep a register containing the following particulars:(i)Name of the cashew grove, if any;(ii)Name of the owner or tenant of the cashew grove;(iii)Registration number of the grove;(iv)Quantity of cashew juice received from cashew grove;(v)Quantity and strength of liquor produced in respect of each grove.
