Section 6(2) in Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999
(2)No Court including a Court constituted tinder the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 (Central Act III of 1909) and the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920, (Central Act V of 1920). other than the Special Court shall have Jurisdiction in respect of any matter to which the provisions of this Act apply.
