Section 116 in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
116. Precedence on Occasions of Ceremony.
- In general, officers shall be introduced in the following order :(a)The Second in Command of the Ship;(b)The Executive Officer where he is not also the Second in Command;(c)Commissioned Officers being Heads of Departments, in order of seniority;(d)The remaining officers, in order of seniority irrespective of Branch.
