88. Application of section 222, Municipal Act.
- Whenever in this Act or in any sections of the Municipal Act made applicable by section 49 of this Act, it is provided that any sum shall be recoverable in the manner provided by section 222 of the Municipal Act, then in applying the provisions of that section all references to the municipal committee shall be construed as referring to the trust.
