Section 37(1) in The M.P. Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007
(1)The annual report of the private university shall be prepared by the Board of Management which shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the private university towards the fulfillment of the objectives and shall be approved by the governing body and a copy of the same shall be submitted to the sponsoring body.
