Section 51(1) in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1978
(1)A copy of any entry in the books of a society which are maintained in the ordinary course of business shall, if certified in the manner as may be prescribed, be received in any suit or legal proceedings as prima facie evidence of the existence of such entry, and shall be admitted as evidence of the matters, transaction and accounts therein recorded in every case to the same extent as the original entry.
